Hello Everyone!

We are extremely excited to be hosting this event with our friends from Flow Water and Grow Op Juicery and partnering up with the World Wildlife Fund for Let It Grow TO!

As you may have seen from the registration page, on April 22, teams from our community will help in planting some trees and flowers at Trinity Bellwoods in the morning and will participate in some outdoor workouts right afterwards...and yes, it will be rain or shine! After, we'll walk on down to Grow Op for some delicious refreshments and hang out/network!

Initial donations will count as your registration for the event but there are gifts and prizes for certain donations made as a team!

TEAM REGISTRATION:

1. $30: (+ early registration): Case of Flow

2. $50: Case of Flow, + 3 x coffee cards at Academy (good for 5 x coffees for each participant)

3. $100: Month's Supply of Flow (4 cases), 3 x coffee cards at Academy, 3 x Metcon Classes/athlete

4. $150: Double Month Supply of Flow (8 cases), 3 x coffee cards Academy, 10 x Metcon Classes/athlete

BUSINESS TIER:

$1000.00 Donation

Includes: 3 Month Supply of Flow (12 cases) (to be delivered at once), 2 group bootcamps, catered lunchfrom Grow-Op (12-15 people), Flow Ambassador Office
