Hi, my name is Sean. I first started this walk to school day in 2013 to help Polar Bears!
Climate change affects the Polar Bears, because when we release greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, it warms the climate and the ice in the arctic is melting faster and taking longer to re-freeze. This means it is harder for Polar Bears to hunt seals. If they can't hunt, they have to try to eat prey on land, which is harder for them.
Kids can help by trying to help get cars off the road and walking when they can.
Join me for the 5th annual Polar Bear Walk to school, to help Polar Bears!
